Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee’s locations.

You will repair, troubleshoot, and replace equipment, log work, and train restaurant staff on proper use and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly. The role requires EPA Type I/II Universal certification (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and at least 2 years of service/repair experience.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment per company standards.
• Train operational personnel on proper use and maintenance.
• EPA certification and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service restaurant equipment and facility items to company standards.
• Log calls, time, and repairs; manage parts and inventory on-site.
• Inspect and maintain company van; respond to calls 24/7 as needed.
• Assist in staffing, emergencies, and new equipment rollouts.
• Adhere to company policies and represent Boddie-Noell professionally.

Skills

Valid driver's license

EPA Type I & II Certification

2+ years service/repair experience

Refrigeration experience

Commercial restaurant equipment repair
