Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety across the plant and sister sites. You will supervise facility personnel, ensure GMP and HACCP compliance, and drive improvements in waste management and environmental care.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing facilities supervision, knowledge of OSHA/GMP standards, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience supervising facilities, maintenance, or operations in manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, GMPs, HACCP, and environmental compliance is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Oversee waste management and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Lead safety audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budget and vendor relationships for facility services.
• Coordinate equipment transfers across US west coast sites as needed.
