• Manage day-to-day grounds of the warehouses and other Denver Cold Family of Properties.
• Run equipment, assist with projects, and help the maintenance team as needed.
• Coordinate various contracts and services for all properties.
• Maintain equipment standards.
• Travel between company facilities as needed.
