Denver Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and upkeep of our facilities. The role is based at the corporate office with travel to other sites, part-time schedule roughly 25-28 hours per week.

You will work with the maintenance team, operate grounds equipment, and coordinate service contracts as needed. Previous groundskeeping and related facilities experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of groundskeeping experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation environments preferred.
• Experience operating maintenance equipment.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Groundskeeper is a key role here at Denver Cold Storage as they will be responsible for upkeep and appearance of our facilities. This position will be primarily based out of our corporate office but will service all sites as needed. The position is a part‑time role with a fixed schedule of roughly 25-28 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day‑to‑day grounds of the warehouses and other Denver Cold Family of Properties
• Run equipment, assist with projects, and help the maintenance team as needed
• Coordinate various contracts and services for all properties
• Travel between company facilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Multiple years in the groundskeeping field
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or similar operational environments preferred.
