Job summary

Denver Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and upkeep of our facilities. The role is based at the corporate office with travel to other sites, part-time schedule roughly 25-28 hours per week.

You will work with the maintenance team, operate grounds equipment, and coordinate service contracts as needed. Previous groundskeeping and related facilities experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of groundskeeping experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation environments preferred.
• Experience operating maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve grounds of warehouses and properties.
• Operate grounds equipment and assist maintenance team.
• Coordinate contracts and services for all properties.
• Travel between company facilities as needed.
