Job summary

Mountain Resource Center is seeking a part-time Custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities in Conifer, CO. You’ll perform cleaning, grounds and basic vehicle upkeep, coordinate inspections, and ensure access for vendors and health inspections during operating hours.

Responsibilities include following safety protocols, organizing supplies, and supporting team operations. The role is 14 hours per week, onsite, Monday–Thursday, 8:15am–4:30pm, with a competitive hourly wage of $22.00.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or facility maintenance experience.
• Must have valid CO driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks and maintain facilities.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Maintain exterior grounds and outdoor areas.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles; coordinate repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promptly report hazards.
• Coordinate inspections for preschool, sprinkler, cistern, pest control and related services.
