Job summary

Denver Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and upkeep of our facilities. The role is primarily based at the corporate office but will service all sites as needed, with a fixed part‑time schedule of roughly 25-28 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has multiple years of groundskeeping experience and familiarity with logistics or warehousing environments, including equipment operation. Travel between company facilities is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Multiple years in the groundskeeping field.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or similar operational environments preferred.
• Experience operating necessary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day grounds of the warehouses and other Denver Cold Family of Properties.
• Run equipment, assist with projects, and help the maintenance team as needed.
• Coordinate various contracts and services for all properties.
• Travel between company facilities as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Groundskeeper is a key role here at Denver Cold Storage as they will be responsible for upkeep and appearance of our facilities.
