Bridge Property Management is hiring a Groundskeeper in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces, work well with their hands, and maintain a clean environment. Responsibilities include inspecting the property, assisting with light maintenance, and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Up to one year of groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the property daily and remove litter.
• De-ice walkways and shovel snow.
• Hose down pool decks and remove trash.
• Assist with light maintenance duties.
• Help with make-readies for vacant units.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
• Support special projects as needed.
