Learning Services, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner in Riverton, UT, is seeking a part-time Facility and Grounds Maintenance Technician to oversee renovations, preventive maintenance, and repairs across residential and office properties.

You will manage work orders, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure safety and compliance with codes. The role requires 2–3 years in facilities maintenance and the ability to travel up to 20% for on-site tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of direct experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.
• Two or more trades: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or painting.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across assigned properties (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting).
• Coordinate with Operations Manager on scopes, budgets and timelines; obtain 2–3 bids for projects over $5,000.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards (ADA, BOCA) and conduct weekly safety inspections.
• Serve as primary contact for emergency maintenance and after-hours issues.
