Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a skilled Facility and Grounds Maintenance Technician to oversee renovations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and minor construction across residential and office properties in Riverton, UT. The role balances hands-on work with coordinating external vendors to ensure safety and efficiency.

You will perform HVAC preventive tasks, manage work orders, and direct contractors while maintaining compliance with local codes and ADA standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of direct facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform multiple trades: plumbing, electrical, carpentry or painting.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance and repairs across assigned properties.
• Manage and respond to service requests via the work order system.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and related systems.
• Meet with Operations Manager to review scope, budgets, timelines.
• Obtain 2–3 bids for projects over $5,000 and assist in vendor selection.
• Coordinate with external contractors and ensure compliance and confidentiality.
• Oversee contractor workflows on-site to minimize disruption.
