Vendor & Project Management
  • Meet regularly with the Operations Manager to review project scopes, budgets, timelines, and execution strategies.
  • Secure 2–3 competitive bids for contracted projects exceeding $5,000, assisting in final vendor selection.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external contractors, ensuring they submit active liability insurance and signed confidentiality agreements.
  • Direct contractor workflows on‑site to maximize productivity while minimizing disruption to daily operations and clinical activities.
Compliance, Safety & Inspections
  • Ensure all properties and contractor activities comply with local municipal zoning ordinances, building codes, and standards (e.g., ADA, BOCA).
  • Perform weekly safety inspections, maintenance tracking, and routine refueling for program vehicles.
  • Conduct weekly inspections and maintain property alarm systems in optimal working order.
