Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Worker to support repairs and upkeep of its facilities, grounds, and vehicles. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical crafts, while processing work orders and coordinating with external vendors.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, five years of maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute maintenance and repair operations for facilities, grounds, and vehicles.

• Prepare work orders, procure needed materials, and track progress and costs.
• Collaborate with Facility Coordinator and Manager on scopes, budgets, and capital projects.
