Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services when working in resident areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, and entrances.
• Service heating/cooling units as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Follow safety precautions and use equipment and supplies properly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
