Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team responsible for landscaping/grounds keeping as well as maintenance and repair work on all mechanical and electrical equipment at our facilities.

The role requires 1-2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a boating license. You will schedule inspections, manage safety compliance, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience and technical knowledge in electrical and/or plumbing.
• Boating license required; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from the Unit Manager and assist in maintenance and repair of operations.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of buildings, docks and equipment; repair malfunctions.
• Respond to emergency facility, dock and crane needs regarding safety and security.
• Maintain dock walks, landscaping and grounds keeping tasks.
• Keep records of cleaning, maintenance schedules and hazardous material disposals.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests and vendors.
• Ensure a safe facility environment and report safety or quality issues.
