Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Clear criminal record with BCII and FBI checks.
At least two years in maintenance operations.
Proficiency with computer technology.
Professional tact, diplomacy and presentation.
Good health and attendance record.
Willingness to support students and school programs.

Responsibilities

Perform grounds and maintenance duties for school facilities.
Ensure safety protocols and equipment readiness.
Operate and maintain grounds equipment and storage.
Assist with snow removal and weather-related duties.
Report incidents and follow crisis procedures as directed.
Collaborate with staff and participate in meetings and training.
