Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, performs and supervises general custodial and grounds maintenance for district schools and facilities.
• Supervises personnel, training, assigning and evaluating work; counseling and discipline as needed.
• Meets with principals and staff to plan and implement maintenance tasks; maintains SOPs and schedules.
• Maintains an efficient work order system and ensures timely completion of requests.
• Inspects buildings and grounds; reports unsafe conditions and coordinates repairs.
• Responds to emergencies and assists in preparation for and recovery from incidents.
• Maintains records of work orders and approves invoices.
