Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver\'s license; CDL preferred.
• ISO auditor certification via a 2-day training is required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor standards and procedures for custodial work.
• Plan work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Inspect facilities and complete weekly client reports.
• Recommend painting, repairs, and equipment purchases to management.
• Supervise Custodial Supervisors and staff; conduct evaluations as needed.
• Coordinate safety training and ensure proper use of equipment.
