Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep them below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform turn tasks.
• Complete preventive maintenance and service all common areas.
• Supervise contractors on site and provide after-hours resident support.
• Maintain records of maintenance, tools, and weather logs.
