You will manage maintenance tasks, supervise contractors, and ensure timely responses to resident requests, while maintaining records and coordinating preventative maintenance.

The role emphasizes cost control, safety, and building operations, including landscaping, snow removal, and after-hours resident support to uphold community standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Math skills: basic operations, ratios, percentages.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they stay below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform turn (painting, cleaning, maintenance of vacant units).
• Complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare all vacant units for occupancy.
• Complete preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping, snow removal, and general grounds.
• Supervise contractors working at the site.
• Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
• Maintain maintenance records for units and site.
