Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Groundskeeping and facility upkeep including landscaping and seasonal outdoor maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety, building codes, OSHA standards and emergency procedures.
• Ability to plan, schedule maintenance, manage work orders and track supplies/inventory.
• Strong communication with staff, guests, vendors and volunteers in a courteous, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine and preventative maintenance of buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors; supervise seasonal tasks like landscaping, snow removal, campsite upkeep.
• Monitor safety compliance, assist with risk assessments and regulatory audits.
• Support event setup/teardown and maintain inventories of tools, equipment and supplies.
