Qualifications

• High school or GED with 1 year of progressive experience in the assigned trade areas or equivalent.
• EPA certification may be required as per federal regulations for certain tech roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and grounds to keep them safe and functional.
• Perform building and utilities repairs and basic equipment maintenance.
• Operate motorized equipment and landscaping tasks as required.
• Support event-related needs at the facility, including weekends.
