Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute preventative maintenance program for facility and equipment.
• Maintain building interiors and grounds, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Repair facility equipment to ensure proper function.
• Prepare and refurbish apartments for move-ins under supervision.
• Audit fire safety records and MSDS, ensure compliance with regulations.
• Inspect apartments for hazards and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Transport residents in company vehicles as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
