Job summary

Provision Living, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee interior and exterior maintenance, including grounds, and supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff. The role reports to the Executive Director and ensures a safe, clean environment for residents and team members.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, coordinating repairs, and training staff on maintenance protocols, safety, and fire emergency procedures. Travel may be required locally to support communities.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) and maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Internet browsers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Repair and oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Manage work orders and supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Prepare and refurbish apartments for move-ins and supervise preventative maintenance.
