Job summary

Timber Creek Property Owners Association in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a full-time Maintenance Staff to support a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization operating under Troon.

You will perform daily repair and maintenance across offices, public spaces, restrooms and grounds, handling electrical, mechanical, and structural tasks, interior/exterior cleaning, and reporting supply needs. Reliable attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties.
• No certifications or licenses are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily repair and maintenance for offices, public spaces, restrooms, grounds and other areas as required.
• Performs general repairs for electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior and interior areas (trash, sweeping, dusting, furniture).
• Identifies and reports to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
