Job summary

Caymas Owners Association in Naples, FL, part of Troon, is seeking a Building Maintenance Manager to oversee facility operations and maintain equipment and systems.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, inspections, and coordination with the maintenance team; a high school diploma and some related experience are required; a driver's license may be required.

This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and opportunities to grow within a hospitality-focused property organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience.
• Must be able to read and speak English to perform duties.
• Driver's license may be required; other mechanical licenses (Boiler, HVAC) optional.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine lodging inspections of A/C, furnace, plumbing, electrical, doors, locks and detectors.
• Conducts routine building inspections of floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and fixtures.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment including HVAC, pools, and appliances.
• Completes work orders, communicates status, and coordinates with colleagues.
• Responds to emergencies and identifies solutions to prevent further damage.
• Maintains regular attendance and supports maintenance manager.
• Performs other duties as required.
