Qualifications

• Experience in facility or building maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and cleaning procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect club facilities and identify repairs or maintenance needs.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and related repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Keep clubhouse and common areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
• Assist with event setup and equipment relocation.
