Job summary

Troon is seeking a versatile maintenance associate to perform daily repair and maintenance across offices, public spaces, restrooms, grounds and other areas of the operation.

You will handle electrical, mechanical and structural tasks, keep exterior and interior areas clean, report supplies, and uphold regular attendance. No certifications required; physical work includes lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility, including trash, sweeping walkways, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas, including trash, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identifies and reports to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
