You will perform daily repair and maintenance across offices, public spaces, restrooms and grounds, handling electrical, mechanical, and structural tasks, interior/exterior cleaning, and reporting supply needs. Reliable attendance is expected.

Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds and other areas as required.
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
No certifications or licenses are required.
