Responsibilities

• Carry out routine preventive maintenance (e.g., replace filters, follow maintenance schedules).
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry areas as needed.
• Repair furniture, glass, and other items; maintain safety inspections.
• Handle landscaping, snow removal, and grounds maintenance; respond to alarms and emergencies.
• Open/close buildings and cover custodial staff as needed; ensure safety standards and proper safety equipment usage.
