Job summary

CareOne at Marlton is seeking a Maintenance Worker to oversee daily upkeep of the facility and surrounding grounds in a long-term and post-acute care environment. The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with staff to enhance resident living areas.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of on-the-job experience, and familiarity with basic trades and hand/power tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years on the job experience.
• Minimum one year construction or professional trade experience is preferred.
• Experience with multiple hand and power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily plant maintenance oversight and coordination of upkeep.
• Preventive maintenance rounds for facility systems.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs; painting.
• Address maintenance requests and log reviews multiple times daily.
• Assist with furniture moves and equipment repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to improve resident living quarters and comfort.
• Complete special maintenance projects as directed by Maintenance Director.
• Support improvements to overall facility functions.
