Job summary

eBusiness Solutions Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance Worker to support a secure government campus in Nashville, TN.

This journey-level role covers a wide range of repairs, preventive maintenance, and grounds work to ensure a safe learning environment across an 87-acre site. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks, operate maintenance equipment, and handle work orders with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of maintenance and mechanical trades experience.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Ability to pass fingerprint and criminal history checks.
• OSHA 10-hour Safety certification.
• Universal EPA/HVAC certification.
• Heavy Equipment Operation certification.
• Specialized trade licenses (Electrical or Plumbing).
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs).

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on interior and exterior building components and systems.
• Maintain school facilities and grounds across a large campus.
• Inspect safety systems and preventive maintenance plans.
• Process work orders using computer-based systems.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Support on-call duties and overtime as needed.
• Read work orders and follow supervisor instructions.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and services.
• Assist in inventory of supplies and materials.
