Facility Services Management, Inc. in Fort Riley, KS seeks a dependable General Maintenance Worker to support facilities and grounds. You will perform building repairs, grounds maintenance, and routine upkeep in a hands-on, team-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of building maintenance and safe equipment operation.
• Experience with groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather.
• Must pass a local background check and NAC/LAC clearance after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general building repairs and preventive maintenance, including basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, and electrical work.
• Replace belts and filters on air handling units.
• Patch and repair holes and cracks in walls and ceilings; repair plumbing fixtures.
• Paint buildings, structures, and equipment as needed; repair concrete floors and surfaces.
• Maintain outdoor areas, including lawns, landscaped spaces, walkways, and grounds; mowing and weed control.
• Follow safety policies and maintain maintenance records; keep work areas clean and safe.
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist with other maintenance duties as assigned.
