Job summary

Corvias Group LLC is seeking a Custodial Specialist at Fort Riley to clean interior and exterior spaces, maintain community grounds, and support the maintenance team. You will assist with make-ready tasks, manage supplies, and ensure safety standards while delivering an excellent resident experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, and using powered equipment in various locations across the community. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Basic computer proficiency with maintenance systems and email.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior spaces according to health and safety standards.
• Maintain community appearance with grounds cleanup, pool maintenance, trash pickup.
• Perform cleaning duties using powered equipment in multiple locations.
• Assist with make-ready duties including trash outs and touch up painting.
• Maintain inventory and equipment records; keep storage areas tidy.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards to supervision.
• Complete work orders and timesheets in line with policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
