Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC repair experience or knowledge of building systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Replace electrical outlets, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Patch minor holes and cracks in walls/ceilings with plaster or compound.
• Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Paint floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles.
• Hang doors and install locks.
• Replace broken windowpanes and perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
