Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Certification preferred.
• Boating License required.
• 1-2 years maintenance experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in Electrical and/or Plumbing.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service abilities; proactively assists customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from the Unit Manager and assist in maintenance and repair of operations.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of buildings, docks and equipment; repair malfunctions.
• Respond quickly to emergencies involving safety, security, or operations.
• Perform dock walks, landscaping and grounds keeping including lawn mowing and weed control.
• Maintain records of cleaning and maintenance schedules, and hazardous waste disposals.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, associates and vendors.
• Observe safety standards and report issues to management.
