Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team in landscaping, grounds keeping and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment across multiple sites.

This role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, a boating license, and strong safety and customer service skills. You will supervise daily tasks, coordinate priorities, and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; boating license is required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical and/or plumbing.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from the Unit Manager and assist in maintenance and repair of unit operations.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of buildings, docks and equipment; repair malfunctions.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve facility, dock and crane needs promptly.
• Perform landscaping and grounds keeping: lawn mowing, trash pickup, weed control, tree trimming, sidewalk edging, bathrooms cleaning.
• Maintain records of cleaning, maintenance schedules and hazardous material disposals.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, associates and vendors.
• Maintain a safe environment and report safety or quality issues to management.
