Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking a Supervisor, Facilities & Grounds in the Indianapolis area to lead daily operations, maintenance, and groundskeeping across all Goodwill locations. You will supervise Facilities & Grounds Technicians, coach staff, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities, groundskeeping, and related staff across multiple sites.
• Ability to coach, develop, and evaluate Facilities & Grounds personnel.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Facilities & Grounds Technicians and staff.
• Oversee maintenance, landscaping, pesticide application, and grounds care across locations.
• Coordinate work orders, vendor services, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and customer expectations.
• Provide training and performance feedback to staff.
