Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Facilities Regional Superintendent to manage and repair equipment, buildings, and grounds across multiple sites. You will lead the facilities team, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and customer-focused service.

Compensation begins in the general range of $25-$32 per hour with full benefits and opportunities to oversee new site builds and renovations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facility repairs and renovations across multiple sites.
• Strong communication skills with internal staff, vendors and contractors.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and oversee project delivery.
• Proactive problem solving and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment, buildings and grounds across Goodwill locations.
• Serve as facilities relationship manager with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide on-site leadership for new sites or renovations with contractors and staff.
• Coordinate vendors and oversee quality, safety and compliance.
• leadership and supervision of project teams to ensure timely delivery.
