Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client typically generating $2-15M+ in revenue. Responsibilities cover food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, and transportation, with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

You will lead a team, build relationships with clients, manage a department budget, and ensure compliance with regulations and Aramark standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Focus on client and customer services and building a strong business.
• Savvy interpersonal skills for communicating with clients and senior management.
• Reading and implementing contractual requirements to address issues.
• Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead through other managers.
• Experience designing and managing a department budget and financial controls.
• Experience crafting sales strategies and implementing programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team and provides hands-on management of operations.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location, optimizing service and satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team to achieve organizational goals.
• Recommends methods, resources, and implementations for service improvement and growth.
• In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and improves financial performance.
