Job summary

Eventide on Eighth Care Center in Moorhead, MN is seeking a Facilities Worker for full‑time shifts (7a‑3:30p and 8a‑4:30p). The role includes maintenance of the campus, management of fleet vehicles, and on‑call scheduling.

You will drive, repair, and supervise basic building functions while ensuring safety and compliance across the site. The ideal candidate has maintenance, driving and repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have education, knowledge and/or experience in maintenance, driving, and repair work.
• A valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability under corporate insurance policy is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform building and grounds maintenance incl. repairs to equipment and facilities.
• Operate and schedule vehicle runs, transport residents as needed, and ensure passenger safety.
• Utilize CMMS to check, comment on, and relate work orders; manage time clock entries.
