Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center in Devils Lake, ND is seeking a Facilities Technician for full-time hours, Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pm, with on-call rotation. Role includes building/grounds maintenance, HVAC controls, and equipment upkeep under the Facilities Director’s guidance.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license; facilities/maintenance experience is preferred. We offer competitive pay ($20–$22.40/hr) and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 403(b), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Facilities/maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and grounds maintenance.
• Monitor and service HVAC/control systems.
• Operate and maintain facility tools and vehicles.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and track status.
• Provide preventative maintenance and document changes.
• Coordinate with Facilities Director on projects and on-call duties.
• Assist during events and emergencies as needed.
