Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service in all interactions.
• Perform basic inspections and repairs on equipment and units (forklifts, floor scrubber, generators).
• Submit maintenance work orders when outside expertise is needed.
• Maintain walkways and parking lot areas, including snow and ice removal and salting as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on the car wash, including inspections and cleanliness checks.
• Maintain a clean interior and exterior facility appearance, including lighting, signage, lawn care, and carts.
• Clean floors, windows, vending machines, and ice machines.
• Clean public areas including restrooms, service areas, and furnishings.
