Job summary

Eventide Senior Living Communities in Moorhead, MN is seeking a Facilities Worker to join our full-time team. The role includes maintenance, vehicle operations, and on-site repairs across the campus.

You will operate and schedule van/bus runs, perform preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles, assist with groundskeeping, and support residents' transportation needs. A valid driver's license and maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance, driving, and repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service building and ground equipment.
• Operate and schedule van/bus runs; maintain fleet vehicles.
• Operate campus vehicles (skid steer, bobcat, etc.).
• Safely use tools and equipment.
• Transport residents to appointments; assist passengers.
• Use CMMS work order and time clock systems to track tasks.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on Eventide vehicles.
• Assist with general building maintenance as needed.
• Occasional evening/weekend transportation for events.
• On-call weekend and weekly rotation.
• Primary driver for the campus as needed.
• Grounds keeping: lawn, pruning, edging, snow/ice removal.
