Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Kentucky driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexibility for evenings or weekends. Travel among KBC locations and on-call rotations are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with a valid Kentucky driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Some limited entry-level maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic handyman aptitude for maintenance and repair.
• Proficient with MS Office and navigating web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general facility and vehicle upkeep.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on facilities, equipment, and vehicles.
• Use ticketing system and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate and perform professional vehicle cleaning and janitorial duties.
• Travel to KBC locations for inspections and maintenance.
