Lexington Clinic is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our Lexington, KY campus. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, inspect equipment, diagnose issues, and coordinate with vendors to keep facilities safe and efficient.

The role requires practical maintenance experience in clinical or commercial settings, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical or commercial facilities required.
• Ability to perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Understanding safety regulations and codes beneficial.
• Healthcare, industrial, or commercial maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe environment.
• Inspect equipment, diagnose issues, and complete repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialist work.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Document work performed and parts used for records and compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to minimize downtime and maintain orderly facilities.
