The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a Kentucky driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. CDL training may be provided within the first year, with on-call rotations and occasional travel to outlying centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Kentucky driver’s license with a safe driving record; CDL training within 1 year.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily grounds and vehicle checks and minor repairs.
• Assist with painting, cleaning, and basic facility maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed.
• Drive buses to appointments and assist with driver training when required.
• Travel to outlying centers for maintenance and repairs; troubleshoot vehicle issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation and assist with inventory and courier duties.
