Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support facility upkeep at our Kentucky location. You will perform general maintenance, respond to work orders, and help maintain a safe, well-organized environment for residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities support
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and building codes.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Assist with emergency repairs and after-hours on-call maintenance as needed.
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and pest control.
