• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and collaborates with supervisors, project managers and other construction trades to ensure quality, timely, cost-effective construction with continuity and coordination of services.
• Performs expert level communication and hands on construction activities using measuring equipment to determine proper functions.
• Inspects and mentors apprentices, providing work direction as needed.
• Documents procedures and work completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensures proper care and safe use of equipment and supplies and keeps work areas orderly, clean, and safe.
• Plans and coordinates workflow with other trades and acts as a resource related to building systems.
• Ensures services meet legal specifications, codes, and organizational policies.
