• Ensures proper care, maintenance and safe use of equipment and supplies; keeps work areas clean and safe.
• Performs expert level communication and hands-on construction activities.
• Uses tools and measuring equipment to determine proper functions.
• Inspects and mentors apprentices, providing direction as needed.
• Documents procedures and work completed accurately and timely.
• Plans and coordinates workflow with other trades and building systems.
