Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Finisher to contribute to a safe, aesthetically pleasing environment within our Southfield facility. You will perform painting, wallpaper repair, staining, and other finishing tasks, coordinating with trades for timely project completion.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience; Michigan driver’s license is preferred. Regular Monday–Friday days plus potential night/weekend work in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Preferred: LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI (Michigan)

Responsibilities

• Communicates and collaborates with the supervisor, customer, and other trades to ensure quality, timely, cost effective maintenance.
• Performs comprehensive finishing work including painting, wallpaper repair, staining, and finishing interior surfaces.
• Documents procedures and work completed in a timely manner.
• Ensures proper care, maintenance and safe use of equipment and supplies; keeps work areas orderly and safe.
• Ensures finisher services meet legal specifications, building codes and organizational policy.
• Plans and coordinates work flow with other trades and acts as a resource related to building systems.
